Educate
The beginning with Progen Care is focused on educating families on potential services available and what to expect during their their journey with us.

Progen Care is not a health service provider, and does not provide services, but acts as a bridge to connect families to the appropriate resources to receive free services if qualified.

Evaluate
A proper diagnose from a Certified Health Care Professional at times may be needed to receive services. If an individual does not have the necessary forms / diagnose, we direct you to multiple resources to receive what’s necessary.

Assess
Now that Progen Care has recieve the child’s information, family’s information, and child’s diagnose, we can discuss the possible options available and if given approval, will notify the proper service providers.

Connect
Contact with either one or multiple health service providers that best suit the needs and qualifications the individual will now begin.
Reminder:
Services will not with Progen Care and will be with a qualified service provider.

Plan and Provide
After going through the necessary process with the health service provider(s) (which is not Progen Care) to qualify, if approved, services will begin for the family and their journey is complete!
